The 1993 law allowing gay men and women to serve in the military under a “don’t ask, don’t tell” clause has been determined unconstitutional!
Will the Californian Judge’s decision hold?
What is your opinion?

It will be interesting to see. The Obama administration is fighting her decision, because they don’t think it will hold. Instead, they want to get the law changed in Congress. I think her decision will be overturned, there will be some lag time beforeCOngress can do anything about it, and then it will b repealed once and for all. My .02.
